How It Works

We manage a portfolio of properties across South & West Yorkshire and regularly instruct maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment works. Here’s how our contractor relationships work.

Apply & Get Vetted
Submit your application below with your public liability insurance details, qualifications, scope of works and two references. We review every application personally.

Get Approved & Onboarded
Once approved, we’ll add you to our preferred contractor list for your trade. You’ll receive a login to our portal so you can view and manage jobs assigned to you.

Receive & Complete Jobs
We’ll instruct works directly through our CRM system. You’ll get job details, property access information, and can update progress and upload invoices through your portal.
What We Require
Our Standards Are High. So Is Our Loyalty.
Before we can instruct any works orders, we require the following from all contractors. This protects our landlords, tenants, and you.
Public Liability Insurance
Minimum £1 million PLI is required. We’ll need a copy of your current certificate. This must remain valid while you work with us.
RequiredProfessional Qualifications
Where applicable — Gas Safe registration, NICEIC/Part P electrical certification, or other relevant trade qualifications. Not all trades require formal certification, but please tell us what you hold.

A clear description of all the trades and services you can carry out. The more detail you provide, the better we can match you to the right jobs.
RequiredTwo Trade References
We require references from previous letting agents, property managers, or commercial clients who can vouch for the quality and reliability of your work.
