Fees to Tenants
There is no fee to apply for a property. If accepted, a deposit of one month’s rent is required. If you withdraw or have provided false information, the deposit will be refunded less one week’s equivalent rent.
During Tenancy
Amendment Fee

Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement during your tenancy.
Loss of Keys or Security Devices

Late Payment of Rent
Interest on Late Rent
3% above Bank of England base rate
Charged on overdue rent payments.
Call Out Fee

Fees to Landlords
Choose the level of service that works for you. All packages include full tenant referencing and deposit protection.
Tenant Find
1 Month’s Rent
Minimum fee £500
- Referencing and affordability checks on prospective tenants
- Collect and remit initial month’s rent
- Collection of deposit and protection with DPS (custodial)
- Provide tenant with standing order payment method
- Tenancy agreement and initial paperwork
- Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
Rent Collection

- Deduct commission and other works
- Advise all relevant utility providers of changes
- Two property inspection visits per annum
- Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
- Hold keys throughout the tenancy term
- Tenancy agreement and initial paperwork
- Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
- Rent Guarantee available at additional cost (POA)*
* Rent Guarantee available on the Full Management service at an additional cost — price on application.
