What you earn

It’s £50 per property — not per landlord

Most referral schemes pay out once and stop there. Ours doesn’t. If the landlord you introduce brings three properties to us, that’s three lots of £50 — for you and for them.

The credit is applied against your next management invoice, so you simply pay less. Nothing to claim, no voucher codes to chase.

Refer three landlords with two properties each and you’ve taken £300 off your own fees — roughly six months’ management on an average South Yorkshire rental.

    The bits people usually ask

    When do I actually get my £50?
    Once the property they’ve referred has been let and under our management for 30 days, with the first month’s fee paid. The credit then comes off your next management invoice automatically — you’ll see it as a line on your statement.
    What if they own more than one property?
    You earn £50 for each one they place with us, and so do they. If they bring four properties across the year, that’s £200 off your fees and £200 off theirs.
    Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
    No. Refer as many landlords as you like — every qualifying property earns another £50.
    What will you do with my friend’s details?
    We’ll use them once, to make contact about letting or managing their property. They won’t be added to any marketing list unless they ask to be, and if they’d rather we didn’t call, that’s the end of it. This is why we ask you to check with them first.
    Do they have to leave their current agent straight away?
    Not at all. We’ll talk them through their notice period and, if it makes sense, line the switch up for when their current agreement ends. Plenty of landlords speak to us months before they move.
    Can I refer someone who’s buying their first rental?
    Yes — and we’d encourage it. A free pre-purchase rental valuation tells them what the property will realistically achieve before they commit, which is worth having whichever agent they choose.

    This is an ongoing promotion. It applies to new landlord instructions signed on or after 8 September 2026 and runs until further notice. To take part you must complete the referral form on this page, providing your details and those of the landlord you are referring, and that landlord must consent to being contacted by us. Both parties must be UK residents aged 18 or over. The landlord you refer must be new to Rent Right Estates Ltd and must quote your name at the point of instruction.

    A £50 discount is earned for each individual property placed under a Rent Right Estates management agreement, and applies both to you and to the landlord you referred. Each property must remain under our management for 30 days from the tenancy start date, with the first month’s management fee successfully paid. Your own property must remain under our management throughout that period. Discounts are applied as a credit against the next management invoice, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Where a referred property is later withdrawn within the 30-day qualifying period, no credit is earned for that property.

    You may make multiple referrals and there is no cap on the number of qualifying properties. Referrals of properties already under our management, of businesses connected to you, or of landlords who have contacted us independently within the previous three months, do not qualify. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw this offer at any time; any change will be published on this page and will not affect referrals already made. Rent Right Estates Ltd’s decision on whether a referral qualifies is final.
