What are the upfront costs?
Typically your first month’s rent and a tenancy deposit (capped by law). Under the Tenant Fees Act we can’t charge banned fees — we’ll always set out clearly what’s payable before you commit.
How is my deposit protected?
Your deposit is registered in the government-approved DPS Custodial scheme, and you’ll receive the prescribed information confirming where it’s held and how to get it back at the end of your tenancy.
Can I have a pet?
We consider pet requests fairly and in line with the Renters’ Rights Act — no blanket bans. Just ask and we’ll discuss it with the landlord on your behalf.
