I’ve been in lettings since the year 2000 — over 26 years. I’ve worked for big corporate estate agents and small independents, I’m a landlord myself, and I’ve been a property manager. I’ve seen this industry from every angle.
Too many landlords have been caught out by legislation they didn’t know about. Too many tenants have had poor experiences with agents who cut corners. I started Rent Right Estates to do things differently — properly, transparently, and with genuine care.
Today I run the company alongside my co-founder, Edwin Grimes — together we combine deep, hands-on experience with fresh energy, and give every client the same careful attention.

I’ve spent the past seven years in property, starting out with London’s largest corporate agency — where I worked across both sales and lettings and learned the business at scale — before moving into investment myself. Today I’m a professional investor, buying, refurbishing and letting homes, which means I understand a rental from both the agent’s and the landlord’s side.
That perspective shapes how I work with our clients. I understand property as an asset — yields, compliance and long-term value — and I bring that same commercial thinking to every landlord we look after.
Together with Jeff, I co-founded Rent Right Estates to pair deep lettings expertise with hands-on investment experience, so every landlord and tenant gets advice that’s both professional and genuinely practical.
